Beet Smoothie Recipe For Daily Detox

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium raw beet peeled and chopped
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 apple chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • 1 cup cold water or coconut water
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Peel and chop the beet into small chunks for easier blending.
  2. Add chopped beet, banana, and apple to a blender.
  3. Add lemon juice and grated ginger.
  4. Pour in cold water or coconut water.
  5. Add ice cubes if using.
  6. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  7. Stop and scrape down sides if needed, then blend again.
  8. Taste and adjust with more lemon juice or water if needed.
  9. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
