Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
Add cottage cheese, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and oats to a blender. Blend until mostly smooth.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and gently fold in blueberries.
Transfer batter to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the center is set and edges are lightly golden.
Remove from oven and let rest for 15 to 20 minutes before slicing.
Cut into squares and serve warm or chilled.
