- In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, celery, and parsley. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until evenly coated.
