Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced (from about 1 rotisserie chicken)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 1/4 cup finely diced celery
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
  2. Add the chopped parsley, dill, chives, celery, and red onion. Stir to combine.
  3. Add the shredded chicken and fold gently until evenly coated.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
