Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup pecans toasted and chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons green onions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, dried cranberries, chopped pecans, celery, and green onions.
  2. Add the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
  3. Gently mix all ingredients until evenly coated and well combined.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, adding more salt or pepper as desired.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled, garnished with fresh parsley if using.
