Creamy Cottage Cheese Ranch Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 small garlic clove minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons water or milk optional

Method
 

  1. Add cottage cheese and Greek yogurt to a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth.
  2. Add lemon juice, garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Blend again briefly until combined.
  3. Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in dill, parsley, and chives.
  4. Adjust consistency by adding water or milk one tablespoon at a time if needed.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop.
  6. Stir before serving and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve chilled.
