Method
- Add cottage cheese and Greek yogurt to a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth.
- Add lemon juice, garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Blend again briefly until combined.
- Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in dill, parsley, and chives.
- Adjust consistency by adding water or milk one tablespoon at a time if needed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop.
- Stir before serving and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve chilled.
