Crispy Fried Salmon Recipe in 10 Minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika optional
  • lemon wedges
  • fresh parsley optional

Method
 

  1. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika if using.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  4. Place salmon skin-side down in the hot pan and cook for 4 to 5 minutes without moving.
  5. Flip gently and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes until cooked through and flaky.
  6. Remove from pan and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.
  7. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve immediately.
