Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish large enough to hold the rolls.
Keeping the rolls connected, slice the entire slab horizontally so you have one top layer and one bottom layer. Place the bottom half into the baking dish.
Lay the ham slices evenly across the rolls, folding if needed for even coverage.
Add Swiss cheese across the ham, folding each slice once to fit without overhang.
Place the top half of the rolls back over the filling and press lightly to compact.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth.
Pour or brush the butter mixture evenly across the top of the rolls, ensuring edges and corners are covered.
Cover the dish loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5–8 minutes until tops are golden and cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and let rest for about 5 minutes. Slice along roll lines with a sharp knife and serve.
