Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup optional

Method
 

  1. Add pineapple chunks to the blender.
  2. Add banana and Greek yogurt.
  3. Pour in coconut milk or almond milk.
  4. Add ice cubes and optional sweetener if needed.
  5. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  6. Check consistency and add more liquid if needed.
  7. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
