Method
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add Greek yogurt and mix until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead gently until smooth, adding a little flour if too sticky.
- Divide dough into 4 equal portions.
- Roll each into a ball, then poke a hole in the center and shape into bagels.
- Place on a lined baking sheet.
- Brush tops with beaten egg and add desired toppings.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18 to 22 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
