Fresh Strawberry Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Wash strawberries under cold water, remove stems, and check for any soft spots.
  2. Add strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, and 1/2 cup milk to a blender.
  3. Add honey or maple syrup if additional sweetness is needed.
  4. Add ice cubes and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  5. Check consistency and add more milk if needed, then blend again briefly.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
  7. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
