Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 20 minutes
Resting Time 5 minutes
Total Time 35 minutes
Servings: 12 sliders

Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls Hawaiian or dinner rolls
  • 9 –12 ounces deli ham thinly sliced
  • 6 –8 slices Swiss cheese
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds optional
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Using a serrated knife, slice the rolls horizontally as one connected sheet. Place the bottom half into a baking dish.
  2. Layer the bottom rolls with half the Swiss cheese, then all the ham (fold slices slightly), then the remaining cheese.
  3. Place the top half of the rolls onto the filling and press gently.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, and poppy seeds. Pour slowly over the rolls, spreading evenly with a brush or spoon.
  5. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5–8 minutes until tops are golden and crisp.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice along roll lines. Serve warm.
