- In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
- Add the shredded chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, basil, and shallot. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
