Sweet Peach Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups peaches fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk or almond milk
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup optional
  • 4 to 6 ice cubes if using fresh peaches
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of cinnamon optional

Method
 

  1. Add peaches to a blender.
  2. Add Greek yogurt and milk.
  3. Add honey or maple syrup if needed.
  4. Add ice cubes if using fresh peaches.
  5. Add vanilla extract and a pinch of cinnamon.
  6. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  7. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness if needed.
  8. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
