Ingredients

  • 4 cups red seedless grapes halved
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cold butter cubed

Method

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in the halved grapes until evenly coated with the dressing.
  3. In a small bowl, combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, and cold butter. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Sprinkle the pecan topping evenly over the grape mixture.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld. Serve cold.
